Nonna's is family owned and run. Francesco Chef and Owner is from Bari, Italy. He started his culinary career when he was just 10 years old working in a bakery in Bari. At 16 he moved to Paris, France where he worked as an apprentice to a vast array of chefs gaining knowledge and experience. Since then Chef Francesco has owned and operated over 10 successful restaurants throughout Florida and now sharing his talent in North Carolina.
Nonna's is a completely scratch kitchen. All food is made fresh and to order. All our sauces are made fresh daily. Especially our old family recipe marinara.
